These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlothJob ("Service", "we", "us"), a job search automation platform operated as a sole proprietorship based in Luxembourg. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SlothJob helps users discover relevant job listings, identify recruiters and hiring contacts, and prepare personalized outreach materials. The Service is designed for human-in-the-loop use: SlothJob does not automatically send connection requests or messages on a user's behalf via LinkedIn or any other platform. All outreach actions require explicit manual confirmation by the user.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SlothJob. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect (including LinkedIn).
SlothJob is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use SlothJob to violate any third-party platform's terms of service, to send spam, to scrape data at a volume that could harm third-party services, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
SlothJob interacts with LinkedIn and other public job platforms to retrieve publicly available information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Use of LinkedIn-related features is at your own risk and subject to LinkedIn's own terms of service.
Your use of personal data (including any LinkedIn session data you provide) is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or recruiter responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlothJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner that risks harm to third-party platforms or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
