• Account information: name and email address you provide at signup.
• CV / resume data: the content of any CV you upload, used to extract skills and generate job search criteria.
• LinkedIn session data: if you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, we store the resulting session cookies necessary to perform job and recruiter searches on your behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn password.
• Usage data: job search results, recruiter contacts found, and messages you mark as sent, stored to power your dashboard.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Paddle.com), acting as merchant of record. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Service: to search for relevant jobs, identify recruiters, generate personalized outreach drafts, and maintain your account dashboard. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. LinkedIn Data

SlothJob is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. Any data retrieved from LinkedIn is limited to information you would otherwise be able to view manually while logged into your own account. SlothJob never automatically sends connection requests or messages — all outbound actions require your manual confirmation.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by SlothJob and protected with industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Access to user data is restricted to what is necessary to operate the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Paddle.com) and AI-based text processing (Anthropic). These providers process data solely to deliver the Service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
